We accept written referrals from the following:
- Health visitors or GPs
- Consultants and community paediatricians
- Other professional or agency
- Neonatal unit
- Children who have not yet started full time education can be referred by a parent or carer.
For children/young people in hospital, you will be referred by your doctor, nurse or another professional.
Specialist schools – referrals will be accepted from teachers if there are parental concerns and it is appropriate.
