IAPT (Improving Access to Psychological Therapies)
A talking therapy service from the NHS, offering access to cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), counselling, guided self-help and other therapies. You must be registered with a GP to access the service. You can be referred by a healthcare professional or you can self-refer via the IAPT website.
Petals
A Baby Loss Counselling Charity, provide free-of-charge specialist counselling to women, men and couples who experience pregnancy or baby loss.
Their counsellors provide a safe space to guide parents through the grief and trauma of their devastating experience to a place of reconciliation and hope for the future.
Petals’ national online video counselling service provides psychological support to people across the UK. They also provide closed Facebook groups: Petals Together, Petals Dads and Petals Grandparents.

Teddy’s Wish
Provide practical advice and support to families grieving the loss of a baby. Offering free counselling support service to parents who have lost a baby to stillbirth (from 24 weeks), neonatal death or Sudden Infant Death Syndrome. Counselling sessions are for parents who are in the early months of their grief, up until 18 months following their loss.
