Charities and voluntary groups
There are many charities and voluntary groups offering support and information to families who are pregnant following a loss. We have included some trusted resources below:
Eventbrite
A ticketing platform where you can quickly and easily search for events being held near your town or online. Search using keywords such as “rainbow pregnancy” or “rainbow mama.” Most events are free to attend.
JOEL
Supporting families through subsequent pregnancies and parenting following pregnancy or baby loss. Resources can be found on their website and support is available via their closed Facebook group “JOEL TCP Rainbow Baby Support Network.”
They provide family support packs for free, each pack contains a comprehensive support directory, as well as a recommended book list for adults and children.

MAMA Academy
Free helpline for parents who have experience pregnancy loss. Providing a friendly ear, and an opportunity to talk through feelings and concerns in a subsequent pregnancy.

Miscarriage Association
Providing support during subsequent pregnancies in many ways including an email helpline, social media, zoom meetings and podcasts. Their pregnancy after loss leaflet can be downloaded from their website.
Tommy’s
Dedicated section of their website for pregnancy after baby loss, contains advice, information and real-life stories. They also offer a pregnancy after loss support group on Facebook where you can chat with other families who are pregnant again after a loss.
Willows Rainbow Box
A registered charity supporting families experiencing pregnancy following a loss by miscarriage, stillbirth, or neonatal death. Their website provides advice, resources, and personal stories of pregnancy after loss.
You can apply for a free Willows Rainbow Pregnancy comfort box on their website. Each comfort box contains items to help reduce anxiety and promote positive mental health and well-being during a rainbow pregnancy.
On the first Monday of each month, they host #RainbowBabyHour on their Instagram account.
The Vilomah Foundation
A caring community, supporting those who have experienced pregnancy loss or who are pregnant after loss. They provide 1-2-1 support via video call and group support sessions via zoom.
