NHS clinic enquiries
Mr Fayez Mustafa and Dr Padma Manda have designated fertility clinics for NHS patients. NHS patients must be referred via a GP. Please see the GP information sheet for the fertility investigations that are required before your clinic appointment.
For NHS enquiries please telephone the patient support team on 01642 282733. Office opening times are Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. An answerphone service is available at all other times.
Private clinic enquiries
Patients can be seen on a private basis by Mr Mustafa.
To arrange private appointments and for billing enquiries please telephone Mr Mustafa’s private secretary on 01642 714445. Office opening times are Mondays between 9.30am and 1.30pm and Thursdays between 2pm and 6pm.
Counselling services
In accordance with the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority (HFEA) recommendations, a counselling service is available to all of our patients. Janet Owen can be contacted Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm on 07951 579785.
