Breathworks mindfulness champions
Alison Wilson and Lola Atkinson

Alison and Lola have both completed the Breathworks Mindfulness Champions training and are offering short mindfulness sessions to teams in the trust.
Both have been practicing mindfulness and meditation for many years and are passionate about health and wellbeing, especially in supporting staff.

Alison and Lola work in the leadership and improvement team in Strive, having a special focus on compassionate leadership delivering training to colleagues around the trust.
Compassionate leadership begins with self-compassion and for self-compassion, mindfulness, being present and being able to manage one’s own emotions is a key skill.

The sessions are around 20 minutes long.
