Information within the publication scheme is divided into seven categories (or classes) as follows:

What our priorities are and how we are doing

Our policies and procedures
Lists and registers
The services we offer
The trust’s commitment to publish information excludes any information which can legitimately be withheld under the exemptions set out in the NHS Openness Code or the Freedom of Information Act. Where individual classes are subject to exemptions, the main reasons are, for example, the protection of commercial interests and personal information under data protection legislation.
