Have your say on our local haematology service
University Hospitals Tees is asking current patients, former patients, families and carers for their views on our haematology services as we plan for the future.
We are running a short, anonymous survey to better understand what matters most to the people who use our services. We want to hear:
- What you value most about your care
- What changes would improve your experience
- Where you would prefer to receive treatment and support in the future
Your feedback will help shape plans for haematology services across University Hospitals Tees.
