Support for you and your family
Whatever treatment you choose, there will be plenty of support for you and your family.
Every patient is assigned a key worker – a clinical nurse specialist who will help guide and support you through treatment and into recovery.
We also keep your GP and the community team involved so you can get care without having to come to the hospital.
South Tees has close links with the Trinity Holistic Centre, where you can get additional support for mind and body.
