Earmould insertion and removal

By experimenting, an easier method may be discovered. With proper insertion, hearing aids should fit snugly but comfortably. If the hearing aids cause irritation of the ears, contact your hearing care professional.

Volume control – wheel

The volume control is situated on the back of your hearing aid above the battery drawer and below the programme button. The volume control is a wheel and is marked 1 to 4.

Veterans Hearing Fund Eligibility Application

The Veterans Hearing Fund (VHF) is managed by The Royal British Legion. It endeavours to meet the wellbeing needs of veterans who acquired hearing loss or impairment during their Service in the UK Armed Forces. The VHF is able to fund items that are not available through statutory services such as the NHS.
